- files under include/png/* are under libpng licenses, no zlib
- please add Libpng-2.0 text.
- please review the license for yuv.c file.
- Seems that SDL_opengl.h should be 'Zlib and Expat'
- tools/borpak/source/scandir.c doesn't mention any GPL version, probably you
can add a comment explaining why is GPL-2.0.
