Package: cvs
Severity: normal

Many users will want to install CVS only as a client.

During the installation prodecure, a dialog asks: "List the directories
that are the roots of your repositories, separated by colons." It seems
that deleting the offered /var/lib/cvs and entering an empty string will
do what client-only users want. But this isn't described in the message.

I suggest adding a sentence to this dialog:

"If you only want to use CVS as a client to access repositories stored
elsewhere, enter the empty string here."

Maybe this could even be the default?
