Bug#1143050: kwin-wayland: compositor crashes on display hot-unplug (dock disconnect), whole Wayland session lost; fixed upstream, patch applies cleanly

Dear Maintainer,

I can confirm the issue with my dock at my Framework Laptop 13 (AMD 
Ryzen 7 7840U).

Kwin_wayland (4:6.3.6-1) crashes reproducibly when I unplug my USB-C 
dock with two screens attached. Most applications crash in the process.
