zstd-jni-java falling into FTBFS in any architectures.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Confirmed that only "all" is built.

libzstd-jni1 is not built at all.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
no FTBFS in all supported architecture.
