One backend server, specifically. The server recently suffered a RAID
controller failure that corrupted its filesystem, so is currently being
re-populated. I thought it was fully out of rotation in the meantime,
but had overlooked that the archive.debian.org healthcheck works
differently than that for other origins.

I've now tweaked the permissions so that the healthchecks will fail,
and the CDN will no longer attempt to fetch files from that backend
until the sync is complete.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Adam
