Hi Carsten, I've been working step by step on the Python Opentelemetry Instrumentation pacakges.
Thanks for reaching out in August. Pointing me to python-opentelemetry was a great help. I need the python3-opentelemetry-instrumentation base package as a depencency for logfire, but I've also added some binaries for which most dependencies were already in Debian. I've followed your design. It can grow now as people need more of the instrumentation binaries. I used a lot of LLM assistance to help me understand and then do the legwork. I let it document how the package works. I hope that doesn't get on your nerves, since it helped me understand how the debian toolchain works. It may help me again if I pick this package up later. So, I hope you want to make some time and can find the time to review my work and let me know what you think, where I should improve things. Or upload if you think it is fine as it is.
