I downloaded "runtype" locally. This is python-only; I pointed PYTHONPATH to it. cadquery was then happy, but complained about two more missing dependencies:
python3-nlopt python3-casadi After manually installing these two, I can "import cadquery". Haven't tried to actually do things with it yet. Thanks
