Here is a strange situation:
If Psi docklet is enabled, and option "Make roster a tool-window" is
enabled, and "Alert chat messages even if chat window is option", the
following occurs:
If a chat window is open with the user, and Psi window is open (incl.
minimized), and a message is received, it works. The xtitle of the chat
window adds a *, the xtitle of psi adds a *, and the docklet icon
indicates a new message.
However, if the Psi window is minimized to dock (i.e., it is not visible
as window or on the taskbar), and a message is received: the xtitle of
the chat window does not change, and the docklet icon does not change.
It looks like no message has been received until the chat window is
raised by the user.
After writing this bug report, I restarted psi and it is working. So I
guess something is not being correctly changed in the running psi. So
this is not a really important bug except to not surprise the user.
I am using icewm window manager. I have included the psi config file
