Building ompl, in salsa I got this error:

Checking it locally (just clone the repo) if I do:
$ uscan --no-download --verbose; echo "Exit status: $?"
I got a 0. No error but,
$ uscan --download-current-version --no-download; echo "Exit status: $?"
I got a 1.
Asking AI (chatgpt) it proposes to patch this file:
/usr/share/perl5/Devscripts/Uscan/WatchSource.pm
with this:
