Hi Hilmar, thanks for the quick test build. I tested 1.3.8.c+dfsg-4+deb13u4 on trixie amd64 with your binary packages: the reproducer and a longer upload test on an SNI-switched vhost both run cleanly now, and the data connections are still resumed. The debdiff contains only the three upstream patches, as expected.
I need arm64, but only the amd64 .debs are in the directory, so I tested those. I expect the same result on arm64. FYI: I also tested 1.3.9d (the version in testing, rebuilt on trixie), and it works fine for me too.
