Hi Philippe,glad it works now. Just for the record, for anyone finding this bug: "bluetooth" is only a metapackage depending on bluez (already installed), and power-profiles-daemon has nothing to do with audio, so those two packages don't change the audio stack. What matters with PipeWire is libspa-0.2-bluetooth, which you most likely got with pipewire-audio on 17 October; the reboot probably did the rest.
On the Cinnamon side, the next upload of cinnamon will recommend libspa-0.2-bluetooth. I won't do further tests: I already did many on the day I made that change, to make sure the needed packages get installed in all cases (except on minimal installations without recommended packages).
