Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
python-poetry-dynamic-versioning could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the tests create a Git directory that ends up being
shipped in the binary package (itself perhaps a bug). However, this
means that if the tests are skipped, then the package won't contain
this directory and is therefore unreproducible.

Patch attached.
