speedtest-go fails to cross build from source, because the host's go
compiler cannot be run. Since Debian no longer supports gccgo, the
golang-default dependency can be narrowed to golang-go and since the
latter is a multi-target compiler it can be annotated :native. Once
doing so, speedtest-go cross builds successfully. Please consider
applying the attached patch.
