the z80dasm git repository and source releases up to the last one should
be back online at the same URLs as before:

The git repository contains both upstream development ("master" branch)
and Debian packaging ("debian" and "upstream" branches).
I'm fine with moving Debian packaging to salsa.debian.org as you suggested.
I still need to check my old work on fixing #1105573 which isn't in that
git repository yet. As far as I see that was the only thing I had
planned to finish before releasing z80dasm v1.2.1.
