minexpert3 fails to cross build from source, because it does not pass any cross flags to cmake and therefore configures for the build architecture. The easiest way of passing those flags is using dh_auto_configure. I'm attaching a patch that makes minexpert3 cross buildable that way. Please consider applying it. Helmut
