We no longer use rust-libslirp in debos/fakemachine.

I've uploaded fakemachine 0.0.13 which removes it from the deps; we are
preparing a new upstream release of debos shortly which means we will be
able to get rid of rust-libslirp soon :-).

If that's any longer than a few weeks, I'll prepare an intermediate
upload of debos removing libslirp from the deps.

Cheers!

Chris
