ibus no longer Build-Depends on dbus-x11, but ibus-tests (the
implementation of the installed-tests autopkgtest) still Depends on
dbus-x11, which is almost the same thing.
Even after applying
debian/patches/0003-dconf-Use-dbus-run-session-to-set-up-dconf-overrides.patch
which fixed #835913 in 2019, there are invocations of dbus-launch in
src/tests/ibus-desktop-testing-module and src/tests/xkb-latin-layouts,
so it seems that this dependency is likely to be genuine.
