Hi, this looks fixed since devscripts 2.25.18: commit 2022b138
("dep-14-convert: Use 'upstream' as fallback if no merges found") is in that
release and in 2.26.13.In a sid container, with an `upstream` branch and no merge commit on `master`, `dep-14-convert-git-branch-names --debug` now prints "Using 'upstream' branch despite it not having merge commits". The 2.25.18 upload apparently did not carry the Closes, so the bug stayed open. Could you close it with 2.25.18? Mathis
