Package: winetricks
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

README.Debian explicitly documents being able to use winetricks with a
non-system wine.

Therefore the winetricks packages should not Depends: wine but rather
Recommends: wine.

This is especially significant because using a non-system wine is a very common
use-case since the Debian wine package is often unsuitable for common
real-world use cases.

Best,
Ximin
