I have the same error output.
The context is I have a package needing to convert a .svg at build time
with the following Build dependencies:
imagemagick
libmagickcore-extra
Building in a clean sid chroot works find but in trixie apt seems to satisfy
the dependencies as:
imagemagick-7.q16
libmagickcore-7.q16hdri-10-extra
^^^^
And this obviously prevents /usr/bin/convert from supporting SVG and probably
search for `rsvg-convert'.
Maybe there should be:
imagemagick
libmagickcore-extra
imagemagick-hdri
libmagickcore-hdri-extra
