I didn't find anything.  Or rather, what I found was something
different:  tetex-bin has a bug that should have been reassigned to
tetex-extra, but we forgot that.  We nevertheless closed it in an upload
of tetex-base, and now it's shown in tetex-bin's bug page as "Fixed in
tetex-base/3.0-12", Archived, but Outstanding for tetex-bin.

But in this case the web does not do anything wrong.  If at all, the bug
processing scripts could have complained.
