Bug#262313: /etc/defaults/winbind support would make running in "dual daemon mode" easier...

I recently saw that winbind offers a dual daemon mode and so switched my 
server to run using that process. The server provides email access for 
about 75 accounts, all of them getting password info from a Win 2003 PDC.

Making that switch would have been easier if there had been support for 
an /etc/defaults/winbind file and a place in it for setting the startup 
option (-B).

Could the previously submitted patch be considered for inclusion in the 
next release?
