Now It works well.
I had some troubleshooting having sane detect my flatbed scanner.
Solved by stopping udev, removing /dev/MAKEDEV link, unmounting
usb_ehci using modconf, and finally starting udev.
Now the scanner is correctly detected, and works well
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~ $ dpkg -l | grep sane | cut -c 0-34

ii libsane-dev 1.0.18-2
ii libsane-extras 1.0.18.3
