the long package descriptions of two openmpi packages are apparently swapped. The one for openmpi-libs0 (containing the libraries) reads: [...] This package contains the header files which are needed to compile programs against openmpi-libs. The one for openmpi-dev (containing the headers) reads: [...] This package contains the Open MPI shared libraries.
