I would certainly object to anyone suggesting that your job maintaining exim4 (along with other exim4 maintainers) is bad. I'm not sure about this bug report. It implicitely suggest that the default configuration should be "Local delivery only". I don't remember about your exact plans in that matter, but either this is planned and the bug can be merged with other bugs suggesting this if there are some....or this is not planned/wished and the bug should probably be marked as "wontfix".
