Sorry for the delay... I've been away from home with my email access (unexpectedly) broken. I'll look into this issue over the next few days, and try to determine a fix. Just to clarify, It looks like the problematic entry was generated by the removal of a line beginning "-- TODO". Is this correct? Also, is the full diff available somewhere online?
