Hi,
this bug also occurs with kdvi. Probably other dvi viewers are effect
aswell.
The xdvi manpage suggest to use "\usepackage[dvips]{geometry}" within the
TeX input file.Note to myself: If nobody else has an idea post this issue to lyx-devel.
