dh_strip: command returned error code 256

On the first call, dh_strip --dbg-package strips the input binary. On
the second call, dh_strip --dbg-package calls objcopy on the stripped
binary, and objcopy does not seem to appreciate that.
dh_strip should behave more gracefully here.
