Package: mmv
Version: 1.01b-14
Severity: wishlist

mmv has an impressive manpage but what's missing is a little and clear
examples section at the end, just containing 1-3 standard cases like:

 EXAMPLES
    * Replace "-4.0" in every filename by "-5.0":
         mmv "*-4.0*" "#1-5.0#2"

Most people then just need to be reminded if it was #1, %1 or $1 etc
and don't want to read the details :)

bye,
