Why linuxdoc-sgml? How do you prodcue the html? Is this one of the standard 
converters? All html-export related bug reports are useless unless you 
give the converter (including all flags that are used), too.

Indeed. The question is: How was this file created? Directly from LyX, or 
via a .tex->linuxdoc translator?

Please open a new bug for the sgml problem (does that also occur when you 
export to linuxdoc sgml?). 1759 is very confusing, and I don't know what 
to do with that.
