Hi,
as I said previously, my assumption that the \html... macros are only
provided by html.sty was wrong, and the document can be built fine
without any non-free component.
So here's a revised patch; it also changes the Makefile so that future
errors will be detected.
John, will you contact your upstream about their LaTeX errors, or should
I do it?
