You are right, it's rather neglected as I did it, as it was needed as a
dependancy.
Feel free to take the package, upload new version. It's part of pkg-java
http://pkg-java.alioth.debian.org/ and Maintainer field should be
changed to:
Maintainer: Debian Java maintainers <[EMAIL PROTECTED]
to have a better support except if you especially want to take care of
it alone :)
Just be carefull that it could break some dependant package...
