Hi Andreas,

        I was lurking on the phylip website and on the qa pages off your
package, because emboss 4.0 has been released and phylip is part of the
"embassy" satellite programs. It led me to find the copyright notice of
phylip on their website. Here is a patch for the debian/copyright file.
