* zpkg has been superseeded by python eggs.
* Upstream is dead, or nearly so.
* It has been very broken for a long time and nobody has filed a
bug.
* popcon says that the number of installations is 1.
* It is not in testing and has never been released.
* It has no reverse dependencies.
