I've just run into this bug while dist-upgrading from Sarge to Sid.
I was running postfix 2.1.5-9 and postfix-tls 2.1.5-9 on Sarge, but when trying to upgrade to postfix 2.3.2-1 in Sid, the postrm script in postfix-tls failed complaining like this.
Manually doing dpkg-divert --rename --remove /usr/lib/postfix/ {lmtp,smtp,smtpd} allowed me to successfully remove postfix-tls.
