reopen 348481 -- Unfortunately this bug is stil present in the current version in sid. I updated the package list, pressed 'U' and aptitude hangs. It is not reacting on the 'q' keystrokes, but when I kill aptitude with STRG-C, I can see the following line on my prompt: "qqqqqqqqqqqqqq B+#B".
