I'm using mutt 1.5.12-1 and I still get prompted (by mutt) for my
passphrase when sending a signed message.

$ echo $GPG_AGENT_INFO
/home/sam/.gnome2/seahorse-l7x1m9/S.gpg-agent:6062:1

I think it's wrong for mutt to bother itself with the details of
supplying a passphrase to gnupg; it should just call it and let gnupg
ask the agent or prompt on the terminal as it pleases.
