Oh, it's a pity. Efficient browsing of folders is the only feature that I miss in Mutt, this patch greatly improves managing of e-mail accounts with huge amounts of mails (organized in many folders) making mutt more and more suitable for such accounts. It seems also that upstream of this patch is quite active, besides this sidebar can be switched off for those, who don't like it, so... maybe you consider once more adding this patch?
