Hi.
On a conversation on IRC with trac developers, it turns out that:
ROADMAP_ADMIN is deprecated in favour of MILESTONE_ADMIN, so they are both
equivalent (ROADMAP_ADMIN will be removed in the future)
MILESTONE_ADMIN _does_ include MILESTONE_VIEW
However, there is no ROADMAP_VIEW with a corresponding *_ADMIN, so
ROADMAP_VIEW has to be added.
I believe we can close this bug, if there is no objection from the submitter.
