This bug is linked with bug #369705. I didn't realize it at first when
reading the description of bug #369705, but the changed patch file that
was reported in bug #369705 removes the changes to cyrusdb_berkeley.c
that make it dependent on libdb4.3.
I would still recommend instead of only remove the last hunk of the
patch 100-kolab-imapd to replace it with the hunk reported in my patch
above to change the code to work with libdb versions 4.2 and 4.3.
