I doubt that any NEWS file is usually read ;-)
Anyway, I am trying to work with upstream to move the upgrade issue
to the application itself, so that it checks at startup
if old configuration files are available, and converts them if the
new files do not exist yet. Then we will automatically get rid of
this message.
