-c|--conffile command line option has no effect, but environment
variable LIVE_CONFFILE does.
-c|--conffile just sets a LIVE_CONFIG environment variable which is
used neither in make-live nor in sourced scripts. The variable is
different from LIVE_CONFFILE which is sources above getopt parsing.
