Package: vim-vimoutliner

Seen this a couple of times where I will use \cx to check a check box
and it causes a check to be removed from some other line of the file.
I've attached an example, just go down to the "user home directories"
line, type \cx and watch the uqm.debian.net line down below lose its
check mark.
