Package: xfig Version: 3.2.5-alpha5-3 Xfig maps the symbol font (greek) incorrectly. Lower case becomes upper case and upper case becomes special characters.
e.g. a lower case l delivers an upper case Lambda and so forth. Exporting to eps works though. Problem can be solved by deinstalling xfig and dependend packages (transfig and xaw3dg, possibly gv also, since this depends on xaw3dg) and installing those packages from stable (xfig 3.2.3.d-rel-5). apt-get remove xfig transfig xaw3dg apt-get install -t xfig transfig xaw3dg and setting package status on hold for further updates. Problem shows on debian sarge and sid. Best Regards, Torsten
