Upstream already has support for 2.3 in CVS. You can test that: download http://www2.cvs.logwatch.org:8080/index.cgi/*checkout*/logwatch/scripts/services/postfix?rev=1.25 and replace /usr/share/logwatch/scripts/services/postfix with it.
