Hi, Your source package contains a debian/templates file, which you don't use at all. As this would be a real Debconf abuse to display the note (this should go in the README.Debian file), please remove any debconf-related stuff from your source package (especially the templates file), so that various infrastructure such as the i18n infrastructure (which is how I found this problem) won't bug for this file.
