When I do not use Thunderbird until it finishes creating Summary after "rm -f Sent.msf", then it seems to work. I'm afraid the problem is with using/killing Thunderbird while .msf is created.
But I'll try split my "Sent" to smaller pieces...
Nevertheless, so after recreating Sent.msf your sent box is healed?
