Firefox and Mozilla print very well on Windows, always have. Including
UTF-8 and MATHML. Why can't the Firefox/Mozilla people provide the same
functionality on Linux? It has been a problem now for many years. Most
frustrating.
I think this is because printing support on linux has always been worse
than windows. Nevertheless, with cairo library arriving, all will be
fine (IIUC).
