If a user installs only libuim-dev, only libuim3 and libuim-data are
installed as the dependency, and uim-common is not installed. However,
the /usr/share/doc/{libuim-dev,libuim3,libuim-data} are all symlinks to
/usr/share/doc/uim-common. Without uim-common installed, these become
dangling links.
I am pretty sure previous versions of libuim-dev drag uim-common into
the dependency. I don't know if the current libuim-dev still needs
uim-common to function properly. If not (and therefore the current
dependency is correct), then new /usr/share/doc/* directories need to be
created.
