Some questions :
1/ �apped_to_version� is just a typo error in mail ?
(�append_to_version�).

2/ Do you use �Local version - append to kernel release� when
you configure your kernel ?
3/ Do you try a little �make-kpkg clean� during your test ?
It's very important.
4/ The "bug" (I am not sure) is still present with the last version
of the eagle-usb package ?
